The 2009 swim season has come to a close, and our Lightning Strikes swim team has had another great swim season. We ended the season with a 3 and 2 record and 108 swimmers on our team. This year brought many first time families to our team and a lot of positive feedback about their experience with swim team. We hope to have even more new families next year.

For those unaware, swim team is a 6 week commitment starting in mid May and ending the last week of June. It is a wonderful way for the children to stay active and make new friendships. There is a great spirit of camaraderie on swim team with lots of cheering and excitement at the meets. We typically have 4 to 5 meets a season.
