Clubhouse Rentals


Echo Mill Clubhouse

Download and read the following documents prior to booking a clubhouse rental reservation. These documents contain important instructions and rules that must be followed when renting a clubhouse(s). You will have to acknowledge that you have read and understand the contents of these documents when booking your online clubhouse reservation.


Pool parties are NOT allowed in Echo Mill. Jumpys & Blow Ups can be placed in the (1) Front Amenity Area – between the playground and front pavilion and (2) Back Amenity Area – the area between the clubhouse and behind the swings or in the soccer field. They are NOT allowed on the front clubhouse lawn, inside the pool area, or on either of the parking lots.

Clubhouse Rental Fees

  • Front Clubhouse Rental fee - $50.00 per Event
  • Back Clubhouse rental fee - $75.00 per Event Refundable Deposit - $50.00 per event

How to Rent a Clubhouse

  1. Read the Clubhouse Rental Agreement.
  2. View the clubhouse calendar to verify availability of the date(s) and times you want for your Event.
  3. Make a reservation using Reserve a Clubhouse Online. Complete and submit the Online Reservation Form (print a copy for your records).
  4. Print, read and sign the Clubhouse Usage Agreement (link above). Place the signed agreement, check for $50.00 refundable deposit and a separate check for the rental fee in an envelope and either mail these documents to Heritage Property Management Services (“Heritage”) [address is on the agreement] or place in the ARC Lock Box outside the front clubhouse.
  5. Contact Heritage by emailing Debbie Pelfrey (dpelfrey@heritageproperty.com) to make arrangements to acquire the keys. Arrangements for keys cannot be made on the weekends. Keys are issued at minimum of 24 hours prior to rental but not prior to all documents being received by Heritage.
