The reporting party is not required to provide their name, phone number or email address. However, if the reporting party chooses to provide this information it will be kept confidential.
If the reported ARC violation is determined to be an actual ARC violation or if the matter is already being handled by Heritage Property Management Services and/or the EMHOA Board, to maintain homeowner confidentiality no follow up will be made directly with the reporting party unless it is believed to be absolutely necessary.
